Is it possible to fit a '94 AT with fuel injection? If so, then what fuel injection system and modifications are needed? Thanks for any info.

yes
any thing is possible
but it will be expensive and you will need to have the skills to keep the cost down and it will add additional equipment that will affect reliablity
you will need
throttle bodies or bespoke injector adaptor for the carbs
retro fit tps throttle position sensor
exhaust mods to fit O2 lambda sensor
map manifold pressure sensor ( depends on the fuel map algorithim )
high pressure fuel pump
fuel rails and pressure regulator with spill back to the tank ( not too difficult for the RD04 as you have two fuel taps and the option of putting a bespoke banjo connector on the fuel sensors)
ECU
software
access to rolling road to set up..
the new 700 alp may provide a source of kit.. but it will take work
why you ask ?![]()

That sounds complicated and maybe a little too much for me to take on right now. I really love my bike and have been doing all sorts of things to get it in top shape, which is saying a lot since I live in Niger, West Africa. I order parts on the internet which usually arrive 2 to 6 months later after I've found someone coming from the US or Europe who can bring them to me. Just wanted to look into the idea of adding fuel injection but am not bent on doing it. Thanks for the information.
your welcome
I have looked into it to keep my XLV going as the carbs are obsolete, and it was quite interesting doing the research.. may do it but it will be just as a project.. and like many of my project .. may not get done unless I have too![]()
oh and I got a spare set of carbs on ebay for 50 euro and fixed it so economic sense prevailed
nice to hear of Africa Twins in Africa
cheers

It would be simplier to start with an Injected Transalp and just "Africanise" it.
