Fitted my other rear shock last night - good and bad ..

The good bit it that the spring is taughter, makes the bike handle better and the ride more comfortable.

The bad is that I cannot seem to get the fuel pump back onto the clibs for the rubber so have had to strap it with HD cable ties. It is sound, doesn't move, but am I missing something?

I am fairly sure the swap was like for like.
When I grow up ..... yeah right!

Y'see, I could say "You can go fast, I can go anywhere, Africa Twin" But you buggers have 'em as well so it would sound pretty lame .... oops!

should be a straight fit.. however if its tight, then try some fairy liquid to ease it on - then that will dry out and that should do it..

Better silicone spray or handsoap as washing up liquid is full of salt do could cause rust
