Quick advice on new chain and back sprocket ...

Ok, so steel is the way to go, but does any brand stick out as being better than others?

I found this rethal sprocket:

Looks like a sprocket, is all I can tell.

Ah, also need to ask what the numbers are for a backsprocket for the AT? Which of these rethals would be the one I need?
