Wheel bearings oil seal?

Should this be changed, when replacing the bearings?

Seems to be an o-ring in there also ...

The seal is part of the bearing - the new ones should come complete with it.

I think he means the outer dust seal ( the black outer seal with the spring seal/o ring built in) I change mine as it makes sense to change the whole lot,no point in new bearings getting knackered prematurely by dust and grime getting in past a worn dust seal.
The bearings are sealed but you never know what can work it's way in there over time.

I was looking at the Honda affiche and the bearing and oil seal are 2 different parts ... I'll get them either way. Here in Vietnam, the more seals, the better
