apparently he keeps trying to escape by swimming away but forgets to gaffer tape his syrup on so has to turn back when he loses the false barnet due to the cold.

Yep,

Kinloch camp site, Dunvegan.

I stayed there in my caravan when I was working on Skye.
The owner, Colin, is an absolute gent and is as mad as a hatter. The facilities are very good and he is more accommodating and cheaper than the one further along the road at Edinbane

I did tell him last time I was there that he would get some bikes up and he is all for it
I remember one guy turning up in a Triumph and the weather was horrendous -- Colin put him up in a building he uses as a store until the rain stopped the next day
I went over during the evening and kept him company -- along with a bottle of the golden nectar
