Angry Rear hub mashed by bearing failure

Hi folks, my rear o/s wheel bearing went recently with no warning (and I do check them!), and managed to seize and spin in the hub. The bearing stops in the hub have been partly worn down, resulting in side pressure from the spacer with new bearings in. Also, I'm not convinced the bearings seat completely flat either! To add to this, there is wear on the sprocket carrier side, and it looks like the n/s wheel bearing doesn't contact the sprocket spacer until everything's done up.
    Does anyone know of:
a: a rear wheel for sale, or
b: somewhere that could fix the hub, that won't require a second mortgage!

    Cheers

Why not take it to a local engineer, get it machined to take a larger bearing with same width and ID?? Not goona cost alot.
When I grow up ..... yeah right!

Y'see, I could say "You can go fast, I can go anywhere, Africa Twin" But you buggers have 'em as well so it would sound pretty lame .... oops!

That's worth a thought, only problem is there's no original surface left to work from, unless anyone's got a wheel off and can measure the distance the original bearing should sit at each side, then this can just be increased to take the wider one?
