I don't know the measurements offhand but you can work it out.
I believe the sprocket side bearing is flush with the hub (remove the cush drive of course). The seat for this bearing must therefore be the depth of the bearing away from the hub surface. The other seat must be the length of the spacer away from that surface so when both bearings are fitted and the axle is tightened, there is no side loading. If you give the hub along with a new spacer and two new bearings to a decent engineer, they should be able to work out how everything goes and fabricate any necessary inserts to repair it. Hubs are not exactly complicated.
