    I see a lot of bikes here in Serbia with both lights on. Nobody makes no problems with that, so why not to have them wired to work both? It looks better and it gives much better light

    you can get a similar problem with the BMW 1150GS where the info display fails if you put the ballasts too close and it needs resetting periodically.

    obviously a common problem with HID ballasts in close proximity to electronic displays etc.

    Jager, did You use this kind of BI set with moving parts?
    Any recommends for good set?

    I finally got hid kit assemled.

    I did use a H4-3 set. But how ever placement of burning chambers didn`t mach with H4 halogen and fitment was very poor.
    So i took whole moving system away and did glue another to mach with low beam and other one with high beam.

    I have two relays feeding power to ballasts and ballast are located under right hand side panel. It needed one metre exctence to bulbs wires.
    Original loom is used only for control.

    High beam bulb.


    And low beam. I did modify cover, it had a hole for high beam.
