    RD 07 back shock dismantle?

i want to re-paint my back shock, but it seems like to get the coil of the shock i need to unscrew the inlet pipe from the reservoir? is this a wise thing to do? i would imagine the system being under pressure, and if so, i have no idea how to re-pressurize the system?
    any ideas/tips chaps?
    fanx!

Going off other Honda shocks, the bottom shock mounting unscrews from the damper rod allowing you remove the spring.
Prise the rubber bump stop up & you will find a (22mm?) nut that you can unscrew, with the bottom mount held in a vice.
Obviously remove the spring tension first!
