    Insurance

    Just venting my anger...
Rang Bennetts to get insurance on my AT
they quoted £77 tpft which is fine. I then told them I wanted to insure it on the chassis number as it is an import and not registered as a UK bike yet, which would allow me to legally ride it to and from the MOT station. The quote then jumped to £140!
So back to the quoting stage for me!

    Re: Insurance

Try Swintons - always get the best quote from them every year, and I do look around. I was insured with them when I was knocked off the KTM and I had very good service too.
When I grow up ..... yeah right!

Y'see, I could say "You can go fast, I can go anywhere, Africa Twin" But you buggers have 'em as well so it would sound pretty lame .... oops!

they wanted £550 to insure my GS this year, Bennetts beat them by £300, with cheaper excess and I now don't have to keep it in my garage.
