    front pipes

anyone know a good place to get front pipes for a rd07 2002 preferably stainless. to be honest i've let the bike go a little lately and i noticed it needed a new tail piece. when i removed the sump guard to change oil etc i noticed a rusty/rotten front pipe. it's rusted badly around where the pipe for the rear cylinder clamps in. i bought a motad venom tail piece and when i just looked at the motad site the africatwin was'nt listed for front pipes/collector box.
a friend did have pipes for rd04 are these the same?
    thanks for any help.

    Re: front pipe's

It's quite common - mine went, and the replacement I bought have also started to go. It just seems to be the clamp area the rusts, and I remember someone saying the downpipe itself is stainless. If so, how they joined the two peices I don't know, but I'd consider (for myself) getting a stainless sleeve welded on to prevent the problem happening again if it gets too bad.
