    Suspension

Right then if I want to upgrade the front and rear suspension what is recommended in the reasonable price per performance bracket.

I don't mind paying Ģ800 for a rear shock if its worth it.

Me and the missus are I would say in the 16 stone bracket each and I feel that the AT bounces round corners when we're 2 up at the moment.

Touratech will sell you a set of progressive springs for the front and an Ohlins shock for the back. Also I guess you'd need an hour with a suspension guru to tweak all the various knobs to your particular load and riding style. Cash spent on the former would probably be useless without spending cash on the latter.

I have recently installed wirth fork springs from T-Tech and some 15w ohlins oil. Rear preload is wound up as far as it will go. Made a huge difference 2 up and fully loaded. Very little fork dive under braking however I would still like a firmer rear spring, hopefully I can find a heavy duty spring to fit to the OE shock.
If you get an Ohlins shock - check out harris performance in Hertford. They list the Africa Twin shock considerably cheaper than T-Tech.
