Valve - Rocker Cover Gasket/Seal sweat ,engine out or can i ...

i pushed my bike a lot and i rode it within 7000-7500rpm range at about 175kmh for quite a long period.
after that i rechecked everything i done to it , and i observed that the valve -rocker cover seal sweats just a little oil. actually it looks humid.
the big dillema is how can i change those seals without removing the engine from the frame cause those rocker covers dont get off cause of the frame

The rocker covers do come off with the engine in the frame.

i tried to get them off at another rd04 and did not manage to get them off. i wanted them off so i could repaint them.
if you did it then please tell me how! perhaps at rd07 you can get them outside the frame

Well, they came out on both the RD04's I've worked on. You need to take off anything in the way (including carbs and coils I seem to remember) and then you will be able to get them out. The back one is tight and think you need to slide it forwards to where the carbs were before it'll come out. It's a while since I did it but it is possible.

Mr Haynes says it's possible with the engine in the frame, but as Alan says you need to remove everything in the way (including a coolant pipe?)

For all the sweat your going to go through to replace the sweaty valve cover gaskets....it's just not worth it. Fugetaboutit....they all do that...they
all sweat a little. It's not like it's a running leak. They are not an item you normally replace...in fact they can be reused once off with a little cleanup. Just ride it.
Well maybe slow down a bit ...175 kph ...talk about stressing the old girl out.

    Errrr, remove it.......
The pipe is held in place with an 8mm headed stud, remove this & the pipe slides upwards out of the head (it's sealed with a rubber ring)

As said - if it's only a bit damp don't worry about it. If or when you come to do the job tie it in with plugs, choke cable lube, carb strip & check, valves & coolant change.
The cover gaskets do go hard & brittle with heat which is why it's always the rear of the rear cylinder that leaks, so will slowly get worse over time.
As a thought, is your breather pipe from engine to airbox clear & not kinked?

As Phil says, take the pipe off (yes you need to at least partially drain the coolant).
