A simple answer would be that fuse "D" has blown. This provides the supply to the fuel pump, CDI and the starter circuit. It's a 10 Amp fuse, by the way.
If not, then it's a case of getting the multimeter out and finding where the Volts go - or not, as the case may be.

Fuel pump is powered via the fuel pump relay
this relay is 'powered up' via pulses from one of the CDIs
so the pump is only powered when the engine is running or cranked![]()

Know nothing about wiring but had work done on my @ there two weeks ago the machanic used the Haynes manual wiring diagrams for my specific model you'll see your model code under your seat for example xrv750w and this will marry up with a diagram in the book. Get someone that knows how to use a multy metre to check everything is as it should be.
