question! a friend of mine has got a beautiful RD03 with lot of extras. The bike is not yet registred in Romania(it comes from Germany). He is selling it with only 2300e. I am trying to make him aware that this kind of bike, even if it is quite old shoudl be at leas propesed to be sold at 3000e

Now, my question is, how much does a bike like this really is worth?

Its the local market which will determine the price so impossible to say what it's worth out in Romania, but its got some nice extras such as the Arrow Race can and the Africa Queens 38 litre tank which would make it attractive to some.

Curiously an original bike in original trim may be worth just as much.

Have to agree with Thunder:

In its original form as mr Honda intended then its going to be 3000 +

with the differnt tank, paintjob seat etc then its closer to 2000

I think your friend has priced it about right for full retail

hmm! i never taught that in original form an AT is more worthy than with upgrades(supertank, exhaust, luggage etc)

When your tailing about a limited production model such as the 650 03 its very much the case.
