Looks like a high speed front end smash. Handle bars and tank damage in keeping weight, force and forward movement after they had come to an abrupt hault.
Hope the riders ok now.
Never nice to see pics like that.

Hopefully that fell off a trailer, but with the bars bent that far forward, its unlikely. Somebody got really hurt there.
