    Homemade Panniers and racks

During the autumn me and my friends have been welding and grinding in the garage and finally the job is done. At a cost of £100 we made our selves a pair of panniers the same size as Zega and a rack for the bike.
Just a little detail that's missing; on the lid four strap brackets. We'll get them this week. Inside we have a bag made for ski boots. Perfect size. Water proof and really stable.

    Well, congrats. Looks really good.

Guess it is not possible to place an order for another set?

    Cheers,
    T.

Right now we are kind of fed up with the making of these but soon two more friends are going to want them so it may be possible to have an extra set made. I am not sure how much we would charge for them...

They are really comfy, especially when you have a soft dry bag behind you to lean on... =)

    Here's a close-up

and here's how it looked on Iceland. Nice to put all this in the panniers instead...

    Finally! The panniers are finished!
The only problem was to find strap brackets that looked like the ones on the Zega cases. We finally found them on www.beslagsboden.com

We have been discussing to start making these panniers and racks to sell.
Anyone interested an if so what would you be willing to pay?
