XRV750Y - Rear Shock rebuild advice

I have a 2000 AT with 40k miles on it. I think the rear shock could do with a rebuild especially as I tour pretty laden up.

Any advice on good companies and costs of doing this?

    Thanks

Re: XRV750Y - Rear Shock rebuild advice

I know people who have and they were recommended to me. For additional cost, they are able to make the shock look good by replating and powder coating as well as making it functionally good. I had a long chat with them about options and costs and found them to be very reasonable. I was about to send my RD04 shock to them when a new old stock one came up on ebay.
