That got your attention didn't it? It seems that us muff wearers aren't quite the jessies that you non-muff wearers may have suggested. I sat down the other day to start watching the best sporting event of the year (THE DAKAR!) and was pleased to note that several of the factory bikes were fitted with bar muffs - YES!, bar muffs. Even the rufty tufty Dakar riders get cold fingers and so they had their factories make up special super cool colour matched bar muffs. To be honest, I don't think they were really designed for the race sections, but some of the liaison sections involve long road drives and I think the weather in the Barcelona to Granada stage was on the cool side. Both David Fretigne on the Yamaha and several of the factory KTMs had them fitted.
