    Screens

I know this has probably been covered before so apologies for repetion

Picked up an 03 africa at tail end of last year.

I picked up a larger screen from a company called Skid Markz (I think) but the wind is just hitting the top of my head. After about 40 min's on the bike my head is pounding

I'm 6' 5 & don't want to make same mistake buying another one. Had a look on the powerbronze web site & see they do a flip. Just wondered if any 6' 5 + riders out there & if they've any recomendations.

I don't mind paying if I have to get something specially built as it's starting to spoil use of the bike

    Hi Big C
Ive the powerbronze flip screen which , with my 6'7'' stature works well for me, so I suspect you at 6'5'' will fit quite nicely behind the flip screen. Ive often felt that the screen was just a wee bit short or I was just a wee bit tall either way you should find it works for you.

    Welcome Big C.
I'm 6' 1.5" so not as tall and I still cope with the standard screen.
Thinking of changing it though just to see what its like!

I'm 6'2 and struggled with the original screen, I've had a flip screen which worked ok, but I've now got a Touratech screen extender thingy that works excellently.
It can be adjusted to different angles to flirt wind blast over yer head.

I'm 6' 1" and have the touring screen fitted.

Bloody great bit of kit. Can cruise at 80 mph with visor up and no buffeting at all.

Another option would be to go for the Touratech clamp on visor that you can angle to suit. It clamps on your existing screen.

Sorry just tried to find a piccie but I could not find it.

I am 5'10 and can just see over the handlebars. The powerbronze screen definitely helped with some buffeting although the color cost me a few friends...

Yes you might be the first person to be banned from the forum for having a badly coloured screen.

Thats what I was on about Andy,

It's in the catalogue but couldn't find it on their website.

Are they the Touratech lights you have mounted on the @ there mate?

    Looks very nice.
