Throttle Cables?

I need a new throttle cable. Does the cable come as a pair, or as 2 separate parts? wemoto.com have a "throttle cable A pull" for £20 which indicates to me that they are 2 separate parts. Can anyone confirm?

At least the spare I bought was just a half. I have a feeling that both of the cables are exactly the same part.

Just ordered a couple from my local Honda shop. They have different part numbers. Total £31.38 for the pair.
Come to think of it - not sure if this is incl. or excl. VAT.
