    Sprocket Update

    Hi

I posted a note recently stating that Twiggers Motorcycles in Loughborough could get a replacement 17T front sprocket for the AT. Turns out that this was the case but their supplier has stopped making them so it's no longer an available option.

I noted that a couple of you run 40T rear sprockets - have you had to shorten the chain or are the adjusters able to take up the slack without any problems?

    Regards
    Dave

I'm running 40 t rear and I think I removed two links from my chain....( the brain cell can't remember).
I sure there are companies that will make up new sprocket ... Just can't remember ( that brain cell now gone totally to sleep) ..... I'll have hunt tonight (to see if I can find the other brain cell )

Mine's been running a 40 tooth rear since I got it, don't know if the chain has is shorter but I suspect so - it's only on position 8 on the adjusters.

They list the 40 t rear for the @ they may be able to do 17 front.
Never used them my self so if you do lets us know how you get on . Front spkt easier to change the than the rear ( cheaper too )
