Touratech rack installation????

got these off XRV_jim and i was going to ask him but i think he's on the haggis run!!! can anyone tell me how they mount on the indicator mounting points??? am i supposed to take the indicators off and mount the rack between the frame and the indicator??
have mounted them today and put them at the back of the indicators but now the cross brace doesn't fit
just crashed my ZX9r on diesel so not in the best of moods...i suppose fitting racks today was not a good plan!!!
any and all help or advice appreciated as always.

On my RD07A the Touratech rack fits using a pair of holes just in front of the rear indicators. The rack goes on the inside of the lug that the indicators mount to. A bolt goes from the inside, through the frame, through the lug, and then a bolt goes on the outside. Kinda hard to explain in words, and I don't have any photos of the installation.

Cheers Iain, that helped a lot. i was thinking that was how they fitted but was in such a funk i couldn't figure it out....doh

all on now and looking great, just got to get some boxes sorted and away we go.
