luggage sorted

here is a BIG SHOUT for caveman for sorting out my luggage sollution he was quick in replying to my enquiry went through all the options and came up with the best one for me
and he's even going to fit them reeeeeesult !!!!!

it had to be hard . ive had the soft luggage before and i allways spent half my time worrying if it was coming loose
ive gone for the ali side boxs and a shad top box mainly because i can store two lids in it

the top box is a shad plastic jobbie and i cant remember what the ali ones are and yes i will definatly post pics because i will want to showcase the new paintjob aswell

i second that!

caveman sold me a set of panniers that the factory promised him would fit...

they didn't. No problem, caveman took the bike, and "adjusted" it until they did. all FOC and with good grace.

the panniers (ally alpos boxes) are awesome - just what was promised (was recommended by this site and the HUBB) and a bargain at about half the price of touratechs and the rest.

you won't find better gear for the money
You won't find better service full stop.

I put a pair of Hepco ali panniers on mine. Fantastic but hey sit very high. At first I was dssappointed but after a few rivers in Eastern Europe I am pleased.

After looking at the soft luggae on display on the plains yesterday I am thinking that it has an advantage over the hard boxs.

the boys who had them seem to have done there home work, I can always use the metal boxs in the house as coffee tables.

They seem well made, hopefully they will be on show at the off road show this week.
