    Shiver Me Timbers

My KTM Adventure is in for a service today and they loaned me an..........

Aprilia "Shiver" - Crap name - Cracking bike !!!

750 "V" twin - Sweeeeeeeeeeet motor - fruity exhaust note - press button 3 fueling settings - rock solid handling.

Really, really nice - two problems though - it needs to be in "adventure" trim and my erse started to ache with only a 30 mile run from the dealer to work.

But what an engine !!!!!!! I'm impressed.
    2011 Triumph Tiger 800 - "Black Pussy" - MMMM Nice !!!
    2000 Suzuki DRZ400S - "Ol' Yella" - very bright
    2011 Peugeot V-Clic 50cc - "Scoot" - It's my wife's, an enjoyable ride.

    I have a house , but I can't guarantee it's safe !!

Give their Dorsoduro a shot... Same engine, Supermotard setup...

Now for a traillie with that engine!

Apparently there is going to be a 1200cc adventure bike to replace the ETV1000. I'm sure it will be worth a very long, hard look and consideration

I wish they'd do a 750, all these 1200cc bikes, they're not really adventure bikes, just huge touring bikes in fancy dress...

Anything bigger than 900 is too big for an adventure bike, it should be rugged enough to handle rough terrain but light enough to be manhandled out of problems.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
