Picking up my no miles pre reg next couple of days.

3 years ago nearly wiped out when a deer kindly threw its stupid self under my front tyre whilst heading down into Monmouth. I was on an 02 V. then. I first thought, that was the bike that nearly killed me, but then revised to ,the bike that saved my life.

The 05 with abs and linked brakes should proved more adept at avoiding next collision, with only 3/24th.sec to do anything in except **** myself, and poke spleen with ribs.
Also considering front mounted machine guns, would the GIVI engine bars provide suitable mounting

GOD its late , I'm tired and talking crap, but if anyone doing a ride out round here next few weeks , give me a shout, Rich
Good hunting

Hi Rich, Welcome to the site. I have an 04 Varadero with ABS and linked brakes you'll love it. I fitted SW Motech bars to mine there are photos in the Varadero section entitled "Engine bars". I got them from Paul Cave who is a member here. If you do a search of the Memberlist at the top of the page you will find him under the name Caveman and the website for his shop is there. See you soon on either the South West or Welsh rideouts.
