Central London Meet Friday 10th Feb!

Chad and I are meeting for a chat and for me to buy his soft luggage tomorrow night on Chelsea Bridge @ 8:30 pm.

Obviously anyone interested in meeting us there at this picturesque location feel free! We'll be meeting on the south side Near the tea cabin (if its still there)! Come along! :D

Evening!

Well I've just got back after meeting Chad at Chelsea Bridge this evening. Maverick came too and a little later we were joined by SohoEasy. The 4 of us chatted for ages about @'s and other bikes and watched all the other bikes there too!

Apart from a near miss with a mini cab we all got there in one peace!

It's a top place to meet up and will be great in the summer. It was nice to put faces to names.

A bloke called Alex on his @ was passing by and stopped as he 'wondered what all the Twinkies were doing here?' He stayed for an hour before heading off to another meet in Soho! He's part of a London Biker forum / group (forgot details :roll: but I have a number for him :D ) and will look the forum up!

Someone brought a camera so hopefully 'someone' will post a few pics! Ended the evening heading off for a solo jaunt into the West End - fantastic!

Chad the soft luggage is great BTW! Never seen 3 Blue @'s together before! :shock:

Yeah thanks for the meet and sure was nice to get out again. MacP the price on Chad's face when he realised he left his gloves in the panniers - Priceless. Fortenately I have some family in London so on our way home stopped there and borrowed some ski gloves. Not sure how well it worked but Chad will certainly let us know :lol:

I will post the pics later today when I am more awake!

I got his text when I got in...It got really cold on the way home too. I hope he's alright. At least he had something to get home with :D

Took a few pictures with my phone but think I did not stand still enough so the pics is slighly blurry but here goes. I think the last thing we thought was it's going to be such a good turnout.

Of course if there is two or more bikes anywhere it's always a great turnout :D 5 Africa Twins on a cold Friday evening was definitely not a bad sight.

Having just picked up another @ just hours earlier I was full of myself,what a nice end to a great day !! (mind you chads polished metal made my minter look almost dull :cry: ) Iv'e got some pics which I have failed to upload so I will try and send them to Maverick for sorting :roll: I was rabbiting so much I forgot to ask if this was actually the first London Meet,a historical moment :?:All that coffee,you know what it's like. Bursting for a p*ss when you get home on a cold night searching for a frozen pinky that's lost itself inside all your riding gear !!!!!!!!! March 3 for me then.
