I suppose when a dealer does something unexpected that leaves you feeling good its time to recommend them......
After realising I had the wrong spark plug spanner in the toolkit I phoned and asked if I could swap for a proper one. No problem they said. When I got there I said whole toolkit is wrong for bike - manager took one look and 2 minutes later gave me a brand spanking new tool kit from a TA in the showroom.
A couple of months ago they also swapped out a broken Oxford Heated grips on/off/adjuster switch with almost no hassle and argument - they really tried and were prepared to put themselves out so I got what I wanted.
So, after-sales certainly good.
