Right chaps & ladies.. We now have a Calendar (http://www.xrv.org.uk/event_manager/events.php) for you to put your meetup/rideout dates into or any other event you'd like to put in there (including Birthdays :-)).. It's there for you guys to advertise and organise your trips/meetups/rideouts so go ahead, don't be shy and use it..

With it you can manage your events and 'join' an event so you all get to see who's turning up.

If you have any questions about it, then please ask them in here and I can put a reply in to help everyone..

Rob, I see there's the occaisional duplicate event, is there any way to bump someone from one event to another as a participant? Iain

Just a little note to let you all know, I've put a postcode text box in the calendar that is used to display a map of the postcode location..

Hope this helps a bit..

How about it emails you a day / 2 days before the rideout to remind you?
I'm just a forgetful sod.

Is php set up as cgi or an Apache module?

Plus what eMail is available? Is it local or SMTP based?

Do we have PEAR libs? Probably I'd have thought (without looking)..

New functionality!!!!

When you look at an event fullscreen, the participants name now looks like a link...

If you click on their name, you can now directly PM them!!

FYI,

Fewtrees has ammended the participant list on the calendar so that you can now PM any or all of the participants of a particular event easily by clicking on the persons name.

Nice one :thumbright:

Scus my igorance, but I appear unable to add a new event to the calendar (Yes, I am signed in) or to edit an event I created in the past. The buttons that were visible in the past seem not to be there now...

Hello

The boss has locked some additional stuff down - we seem to be at risk of a hacking attack - see the thread email problems.

Keep a look out for anything odd (on this website that is...)
