I know the route via Ditchling up to Devil's Dyke (always makes me laugh that one). The view up there is terrific
If you come via Tonbridge there's a super ride through Ashdown Forest first, and if you look very carefully you might see Pooh & Piglet.
sounds great dude im looking forward to it :D

Not sure about piglet last time i flew through ashdown forest i think i went over something pink. Could not stop and look, because my RT than had the stopping distance of a super tanker.I think i started slowing down near the Ace cafe or so

You have to put a stop in at Ditchling Beacon,on a clear day the views are cool.
Had one of my best Biking moments there. Just finished nightshift but was a bit hyper so i took my RT ( i know) for a spin in a cold ,brilliant clear winter morning.
Did my 200 miles and than went home to bed!
It does not get much better than that for local weekday thrills

And last time I went through there, I was doing 60 (in a 40 ) when a running deer shot out of the hedge in front of me, crossing the road at a shallow angle. I could hear its hooves skidding on the tarmac as it fought to change direction. For a few seconds it was alongside me and I swear the look on it's face was 'Get out the way, ya f*k*n ejit'
I reckon animals have more emotions than we give them credit for
We'll be taking it easy when we go through there !!!!!
