I have just got insured with them and to be honest they worked out really good value but the hassel was not worth it. The first problem was that when i got a quote i asked for my two bikes and business use so that was ok. Then when i went to take up the policy they mentioned nothing about business use so i asked the guy. he said that the quote wasn't for that but that he would listen over the phone call i first made. He eventually came back to me and said that in saying i wanted it for business use i was not clear enough and as far as they were concerned that meant just going to and from my work. So he said it would be a further £50 to change it. When it all went through and i got the documents the @'s reg was wrong so that had to be changed. For the C90 they only gave me a 14 temporay cover note which ran out and meant i couldn't tax the C90. I phoned them about this and they have just sent me another 14 temp cover note! :evil: I'm really starting to get pissed of about them
