Hi Clive P.
Not sure on this one - but someone (maybee Samwise) knows about this.
Could your existing ones be re-painted / powder coated ?

There's a slim chance that Transalp ones will fit - not sure though.
David Silver Spares have the early front wheels at £95, so may be worth giving them a call to see how much a new one would be, as presumably any second-hand one is liable to be in the same condition yours is in.
Otherwise, it'll be Hagon or Central Wheel Components for new rim and spokes fitted to your hubs, I'd imagine. Hagon (http://www.hagon-shocks.co.uk/HagWheelPr.htm) show between £154 and £183 for the wheels (depending on width and galvanized or stainless) with Central (http://www.central-wheel.co.uk/cwc/wbuilding.html) having similar prices

Not 100% sure, but I think samwise is right about transalp wheels. Recently bought a transalp front for a project bike (need a spoked front with disc for a XBR cafe racer I'm building) Anyway, visually, next to the Dommie front, everything looked very simular. Slightly different way the spokes are housed in the hub, but the pattern was the same and the disc looked like it lined up as well as speedo drives. BTW, I've found with most Hondas that lots of components are interchangable. Both the 1988 XBR, 1995 Dommie and donor transalp (don't know year) spindles diameters are the same as are the speedo drives and the location of the front discs is the same too. The off set on the transalp front matched the XBR as well and looks the same as the Dommie. I think Honda work very much to a proven system so whats good for one bike gets put on all of a simular performance at least.
Thanks for the info ,think I will go down the re-paint route for now.

Theres a set on ebay at the moment!! Get in there quick. Nice gold ones.
Thanks for that :D Just what Im looking for . The gold ones seem to last better for some reason, and match the rest of the bikes color .Dont know why they changed ,can only think the later ones were a money saving effort :x

Hi , don't know if all dominator wheels were the same size through the years of production , so it may be worth asking around.
Hope they will fit, as they look a treat.
:) Won those wheels . Hope there as good as they look in the picture.
