Your Connection has been reset

Hi guys,
I keep getting a screen that tells me my connection has been reset and to try again. It is happening fairly regularly but with a little perserverance I do get to where I want to look. Is this something that I am doing or is there another problem. I am using firefox don't know if that makes a difference (and I am on dial up although its not that slow.

ive been having the odd problem loging on since ive been on fire fox

That's a difficult one to diagnose, but I don't see how it can be related to this forum, its basically a winsock error and will happen whatever the browser or site that's being visited.
