Hi guys, sorry if this has been posted before :
http://www.honda-varadero.de/10.html
In left hand section click on 'Umbauten' and you will have a list of owners on main screen - click on these to see pics of their bikes - a couple of prety cool ones - its all in German and I cant translate it, so there may be more stuff lurking on the site.
Anton.

Looks like a stock Varadero with @T tank, side panels, belly pan and fairing to me. Honestly? I love it! I'd have one in a minute. I loved both @T and Varadero and a hybrid might be good. Varadero might need to lose some weight though!
awsome!!!!!!!!! if you want to read the german web site then go to google and type in honda-varadero & search for a few pages to find the site, press translate this page & there you go!

Regarding the tank I too started to think maybe it was an @ tank when you said, but after doing some hard scouting around I found out that it is indeed a Vara tank. Hard to tell at first 'cause they do look very similar. But the thing that gave it away as being a Vara tank is the fuel cap. On the Vara it's placed further forward, whereas the @ cap is placed near where the tank falls away towards the seat. And if you look very carefully the tank on the "MaxTwin" is more bulky than the @'s tank too. It seems that the owner has somehow managed to cut the @ fairings to fit the Vara tank, whilst at the same time moving the fittings on the tank in order to accommodate the @ fairing screws.

A good view of where the fuel cap is on the @.

Other mods that I can see, other than the CRB600 wheels, or course, are the new sports cans and slightly modified under seat side panels.
