What brand did you go for, and how much did you pay? Is there any advantage to buying online?

Have always liked busters (www.busters-accessories.co.uk) very good value on C&S sets (DID/EK/Regina o-ring for £58 inc JT sprockets, or can go for X-ring if you prefer), and my fave EBC HH pads...

http://www.wemoto.com/ wemoto get a vote from me as well. Just bought my chain and sprockets from them. DID X Ring Premium. Reassuringly expensive. :mrgreen:

I can only believe that they received my order, sent one of their staff on a small plane to south america where he had to tap the rubber himself, collect it and organise transportaion to the tyre factory. Unfortunately he must have been lost in an air collision and a 2nd employee was sent to finish the job. The tyres, upon manufacture, were then borrowed to be used as a display item on a long term show stand, before arriving at the Busters warehouse where they were then used as a door stop for another few weeks. This can be the only explanation of why they took so long to get to me.

They've been having a re-organisation lately - that said it still only took them a few days to get a pair of levers for my bike and a pair of levers for my mate's bike to take as spares on our tour last week. And at 3.50 for a clutch lever and 8.50 for an adjustable brake lever, I wasn't complaining...

Will be using them yet again this week for service items for both bikes - 2000 miles in 8 days took us both to our next services...
