Walk in a get an MOT or new tyres while you wait. They stock TKC 80s in the right sizes and fitted to a wheel are not much more expensive than Busters.
I also took in the spare wheels I bought and they gave them a check over (for free) and confirmed they're are OK to use.

I second that and they carry wheel bearings in stock, they carry bt45's (£64 fitted for TA REAR) in stock, not sure of fronts.
