picture gallery

Sorry to be a computer chimp, but despite installing that registry doofer for uploading pictures from xp to the web I can't get any phot's in to my gallery.

I can't see the link 'publish items to web' - should it appear on my web browser or on my explorer window? I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, I just can't work out what! :oops:

Progress....of sorts. I only got the 'publish to web' link if I went via the start menu, rather than the win-key+e short cut I usually use. Anyway, now the problem comes when I try to log in to upload the pictures: when I enter my user name and password it wont give me 'next' option and if I press return I just get a dialogue box saying I selected 'cancel'.

Sorry to be a muppet, but this is really proving difficult for me for some reason :(

I'm using the latest version of Firefox by the way (in case that helps diagnose the problem).

You can't use Windows Explorer (Win + E key) to publish.

It sounds like that it hasn't validated your user name and password.
Remember that they are both case sensitive.
