Well I've given up with Ricky Cross. I have tried to use their website on about 10 occasions, it is always broken in some place, I don't rate their internet security much, my emails just bounce, they take about two weeks to reply and despite me faxing them, in Italian, an order for the bag mounts...nothing.
So their offer of 20% discount for xrv.org members (which I did get a quote out of them with 10% discount on it once) amounts to zilch. I've spent a month trying to order from them.
This forum represents a serious amount of trade to Ricky Cross. Setting up a website for eCommerce is a piece of cake these days. If this is the service at this point, heaven help me if I needed to send it back!
So, thats another 100 euros they've lost.
Anyone on this forum who is in contact with Ricky Cross (how, I don't know) tell them their website is cr*p. You'll be doing them a favour.
