I splashed out and bought a new helmet to sort of replace the BMW system 4. I have to say i am soooo impressed ! have been using it 3 weeks and it is the quietest helmet i have ever used, very comfy and now fits very well (it took about 3 days to get comfy).
the little pop down visor works great also, i wish i had bought it years ago ! (i did look and moaned about the price, then spent more than it would have cost trying Roof and BMW).

to go with it i have just got the new autocom noise reduction system (to fit on the bike i bought off Dave S) it scared the hell out of me first time i used it !
you fit an extra mike in the helmet so it increases the volume as the helmet noise increases, well i had not set it up properly and it turned the volume flat out the first time i went over 50 !
but other than that it is up to the usual autocom standard, very good quality and works so well. ( also have Autocom fitted in my car with noise cancel headphones)

These are great lids! I had the Concept before and I was well pleased! I really like the way the main visor can be popped forward for extra ventilation - works well in the rain to stop the visor misting!

I also had a Concept a couple of years back and loved it until I had a low speed spill - nothing serious but the helmet grounded and the flip-up section (which was down at the time) gave way badly and was left hanging by one hinge. The flip down visor also came loose inside the helmet. The structural integrity was seriously compromised.

Wouldn't buy another - full face from now on.
