Thanks to Chunk for these. Just remembered mine and dug it out from it's safe place.
What a bonus and something to remember this day by for years to come, when the T-shirts have faded.
It came a real surprise and a very welcome one at that.

What can I say guys, everyone on the day deserved so much more, the keyring was the least I could do for such a cracking bunch of people.

The pleasure was all mine.

Congratulations to everyone including Sharri and Mabels Old Man
(who's is on the machine now, It'll be flying to you very soon)

If you had an official Longest Day number then I imagine Chunk still has a keyring for you.

Easy Tiger !!! remember we shared a room at JOG !!!! My butt is fine too !!! but you do have to work on your wrist technique !!!

"cramp buster" is the thing you need - made by Scottoiler

:D keep it quite...

went into shirlaws to get one of the cramp busters , day before the ride but they had none, Robster has an adjustable friction lock on the BM sounds cool.. too cool for Hondas may be:rolleyes:

You mean this?

http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=92442&stc=1&d=1211312923

Made by a guy on the UKGSer forum (http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=145021), almost instant fit, literally one screw. Was a real help for the long stretches where the throttle barely moved for hours on end. Under £30 too. I'd imagine something similar for the Hondas could be made by somebody clever.

I've just sold a Vista Cruise Control on Ebay that I'd bought shortly before the demise of the Vara, little more complex to fit (for a spannerphobe like myself) but I think they're a pretty universal fit so could be applied to any bike. Available from Jaws Motorcycles (http://www.jaws-motorcycles.co.uk/), around £30 delivered. Incidentally the site's run by the same guy who makes the ones I've got on the GS now.
