Now if you've met Bigrog then you'll have no excuse because he must have told you that you need to post pictures of your bikes when you say hello.

Anyway, welcome to the site, have a good look round there's loads to see and a wealth of information.

Just a few pointers to some of the areas, you'll want to have a look in the dominator section (http://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=45) there is so much information in there you'll be hard pushed to find a question that hasn't been asked in there.

Other bits that you may want to look in are the meetings section (http://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=40) for details of planned rides and if there is nothing there then post one up and see who is about.

We also have a very busy and chatty :D Chatter (http://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=41) section where you can pop in for a natter. If your lucky you may well find the topics in there are bike related, having said that it usually just a vague link :D

After you have been here a while you may want to think about subscribing as well, fairly soon some of the functions that you currently have will no longer be available without subscription, it's just a way for us to be able to improve the site and add extra functions. If you look at the top of the page you will see the subscribe button. If it's not something you want to do that's fine too, you will still be able to post and read the posts that are here so don't go anywhere.

If there is anything you want to ask or if you have any problems then post in the problems with the forum section (http://www.xrv.org.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=46)there are lots of helpful moderators and admins around that will help

Have fun and if there is anything you need give us a shout.

Hi Mark GW and welcome to the forum.

To attach a picture it has to already be on the web. If this is the case, click the yellow box (insert image)m on the menu bar when you are typing a post, the paste or type the url into the box and hey presto it will magically appear. If you are unsure how to find the exact url of the image mouse ofver the picture and click the right button on the mouse. Then select properties and a grey box will open. Highlight the url address showing on the page and click the right mouse button and and select copy.

If it is not already on the web, click on the Picture Gallery link in the very top right hand corner and follow the instructions to upload a picture.

Hope this helps, if not, let me know and I'll help a bit more.

Regards
Annette

Made it! This is the Dom. with my son having his 1st ever lesson at 21. We were lucky to have access to his grandads small farm. He loved it unitl I made him don helmet and gloves for lesson 2: Getting above 1st gear! It was the only day this year when the temperature was above 25.

Well after only ever riding mountain bikes and dirt surfers he had finally discovered what his right hand was for! He took to it like the proverbal duck to water. He has now passed his theory and his c.b.t. is in September so I reckon we ill be sharing the Dom. by about October!
