Tourance Pressures!

I've ordered a set of Metzeler Tourance's for my 04 TA.
The Metz site says pressures of 2/2.25 bar which I think roughly equates to 29/33.
I'm doing mainly two up roadwork, so can anybody advise anything different cos that seems a bit low to me?

I'm currently running 33/36 on a tourance front and Gripster rear compo with no ill effects.
Just trying to wear the bloody things out, but it aint working.

When I had Tourances on my XT600, I went with the 33/36 too...despite the fact that 29/33 was the recommended.
It surprises me that they don't recommend a setting for two up riding though.
