It's not cheap at £330 from Woody's Importarium (plus delivery) but it's gorgeous and should last being stainless. The guy who makes these is a craftsman. Lovely welds and everything lined up perfectly.

Fitting was simple and does not require the gasket.
Sound: with baffle in tickover is as original, as the revs rise it gives a bit more of a rumble. With the baffle out - not quite a Ducati but a deep rumble like a twin should. Highly polished, looks like chrome. Plenty of space around it to indicator/side panel so heat shouldn't be a problem.
Only negative is weight is similar to original but I wanted stainless durability and improved sound above shaving pounds.

Inner ring is quiet baffle- short length of curved tubing that undoes with 1 grub screw leaving that Howitzer look.
