Would you lot be interested if I set up an affiliate link with a parts supplier that 95% guaranteed that they would have in stock what you need for servicing, would ship next day, mail on sending the goods, and generally gave a good service to AT, TA, etc bike riders?
I'm not quite sure how it would work, but my idea is that we have a sort of online order form that mailed your requirements to the shop and then they rang you to arrange payment, etc.....
I for one find it important that a supplier gives a decent quality service, understands my bike, and ideally has the common items in stock ready to go.
I've already spoken to one who is up for it.... so just interested in whether it would get used or whether you already have your suppliers for service materials.

Sounds good to me. If they deal in other Honda models even better, i have AT, Transalp and XR250 to look after and usually buy service items in bulk so i am not caught short. The price has to be right or people will not use the facility.

If they could beat the price of my local Honda place, after they've charged for post and packing, then it's a no-brainer... go for it!

That brings up an interesting point then for all.
Do you use pattern parts or Honda originals?

If you get them to ship abroad as well, for a good price... :cyclops:

Some pattern parts are as good as the Honda original but at a smaller cost.

I have never had problems with pattern parts and would settle for either!

I use Honda parts as I have a slightly unfair advantage.

An old mate of mine is the parts manager at HGB Honda in
Ruislip. I get a good deal there and it's only down the road.
