ok guys this probably sounds stupid but people are always talkin about PD06 RD04 models etc
is there anyway i can ask exactly what these refer to and still look macho and manly? :-)
also what model is mine 1996 600cc TA (just so i can pretend to know what im talking about)

These are the "internal" Honda codes that represent models/years and engines. It is a bit confusing because for example the 1990-1992 Africa Twins are known as "RD04" while RD04 is also used for the engine codes in the later RD07 models.
There is a bit of information in Haynes on these codes, possibly elsewhere on the web?
It is not a stupid question but on the other hand, the codes themselves are not highly meaningful.
