Changed the worn out TW48 Bridgestone OE rear tyre for a Pirelli Scorpion.
In the past, they were good on an R1100GS Beemer.
To be honest, it's not as good thing on the Transalp 650 in the dirt.
I'm not talking about serious off road stuff, just gravel roads and easier fire trails. No grip, there aint enough gap between the treads to provide decent grip.
I'ts okay ( and only okay ) on the tar, rear grip is diminished in the wet, the front OE bridgestone is still hanging on when the Scorpion starts sliding.
I won't be fitting another one.
Anyone out there had similar experience ?
