South West Rideout

I'm at a loose end on Sunday.... does anyone fancy a rideout?
I was tempted to explore the tank driving range that Jason talked about on Salisbury Plain or explore some green lanes nearer home perhaps.
Not a definite as the missus might change her mind.. you know what they're like, but at the moment she wants to go shopping!

Hi Dave

Had this happened, and had today not been the following Monday, I'd have been up for that!

Mate and I went to the Calne Motorcycle Meet on Saturday, which was a much bigger event than we'd imagined. On Sunday, we were going to see the hill climb at Gurston Down (near Salisbury) but it was cancelled.

We were instaed forced to sit in the sun/shade, imbibing pleasing bottled beers...

Well I'm busy next weekend....... but maybe we can get together the weekend after 30th / 31st.

I've got Mind Map on my PDA know and have the OS Maps of Salisbury Plain so it should be a little easier than last time.
