I'm off down to Salisbury Plain on the Sunday, but will be going on the Saturday. Shout if anyone else is interested. I can probably get the missus to drop us down to save on the parking hassles.

Can't make it this year. From this Sunday I'm out of the country for 3 weeks on business. I expect by the time I get back the nights will have drawn in and biking opportunities will be of the muddy kind.

PM me your mobile and I'll give you a ring.
We may well come up for the weekend. Can you suggest cheap accomodation within 30miles with secure parking?
Check out the link in the first post for the recommended camping sites.
Plenty of guesthouses around but they're likely to be fully booked by now.
Don't know of any that offer secure parking though.

Fewtrees, looks like you're double booked as you're supposed to be on the lakes trip the same weekend.

What! You're not coming to Salisbury Plain!!!
Hi Dave
Have friends racing at Weston so need to show a bit of support. Besides, I ride across the plain every day to work, so a bit of a busmans holiday really.
Cheers James
What you ride off road every day on the plain?
Ahh well. I can but try.
