i've actually seen something like that myself. I was at a baptism at a church and it was full submersion. The tank was at the front of the church between the people and the pulpit. Afterwards they were providing tea and coffee and the tank was left open as it drained. one of the women returning from the kitchen triped on the rolled back carpet and fell into the tank which at this stage didn't contain too much water! It was so long ago i don't remember how hurt she was.

The moral of the story is - Women, stay in the kitchen where you're meant to be!
