Sticky Throttle Grip?
For some reason my throttle grip no longer springs back as it should when you take your hand off it. The Grips don’t seem to be rubbing on anything but it still sticks. I have tried to spray it with WD40 but it seems to make little difference. Only positive thing is on start up at least I can set it at a few revs to get the engine warm while I unlock it.
Any ideas how to solve the problem?

Re: Sticky Throttle Grip?
Also remember that some cables with a nylon inner don;t like being oiled as the oil makes the nylon swell and jam

Re: Sticky Throttle Grip?
Took it apart last night and it looked dry and dirty gave it a liberal coating of WD40 since had run out of silicon spray then left to soak over night. Went for a test drive today and WOW what a difference smoother throttle response and acceleration all this time I thought the juddering throttle control way my bad riding
